Rewards worth coming back for

Five kinds of reward, mixed however you like. Every one is claimed in person at your counter, so nobody games them.

Loyalty card

Every visit fills a stamp

Choose how many visits earn the reward. Each check-in you confirm adds a stamp, and the reward unlocks on the last one - then the card starts again.

Rules that run themselves

Set a reward up once. Qrop keeps count of visits, holds the hours and takes it down when it ends.

Claimed in person

Every reward, at your counter

A customer claims a reward on your page and shows it at the counter. It lands on your counter screen beside their check-in, and you redeem it with a tap.

A claim needs a check-in that same day

Redeem it with a tap, or cancel it

A claim not redeemed lapses at midnight

Questions, answered

There are five kinds: a loyalty card that fills up with every visit, a welcome gift for joining, rewards that unlock after a number of visits, rewards that run only in hours you set, and standard rewards that can be claimed on any visit. Any of them can be public or for members only.

They check in, claim the reward on your page and show it at the counter, where you redeem it with a tap. A claim needs a check-in that same day, and if it isn't redeemed it lapses at midnight.

Not easily, because every reward is handed over in person. A claim needs a check-in that day and is redeemed at your counter with a tap, and with auto check-ins off you confirm every visit as well.

Yes. Each reward is set to once per visit or once per customer. A welcome gift is always once per customer, and a loyalty card starts again every time it fills.

Yes. Give a reward an end date and it comes down on its own. Or make it a set-hours reward that can only be claimed in the window you choose, which comes back every day.

Yes. Your analytics show each reward's funnel: how many people saw it, how many opened it, how many claimed it and how many redeemed it at your counter.
