How it works at your game café

Game groups come back weekly or fortnightly, often on the same night, so a six-visit card fills in a couple of months - a free table that keeps the group's night with you.

A QR on every table

Your QR sits on the table, next to the game library card. Guests scan it with their phone camera while they pick a game - no app, just your page.

Confirmed from the floor

Check-ins land on any phone or tablet your staff carry. Confirm with a tap, or switch on auto check-ins for a busy night.

Rewards at the till

When a reward is ready, they show it as they pay and you confirm it there, so nothing's handed over without your team seeing it.

Questions, answered

Only the guests who want rewards. Each one scans from their own phone, once a day, and the visit counts towards their own card.

No. Keep taking bookings the way you do now and add the link to your page - Qrop handles the rewards and check-ins around it.

Switch on auto check-ins and each scan is confirmed as it lands. The counter screen still lists them, so you can decline one that shouldn't count, and rewards are always confirmed by hand.

A QR code loyalty program replaces the paper stamp card with a code on your counter. Guests scan it with their phone camera, you confirm the visit, and it counts towards a reward on their digital loyalty card - nothing to print per customer and nothing for them to install.

Building your page, adding rewards and printing your counter flyer cost nothing. Your page goes live when you switch it on, free for your first 60 days, then a founding price that's yours for life. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

No. They scan the QR code at your counter and your page opens in their phone's browser. Joining takes an email address.

Your printed QR code and any phone, tablet or laptop signed in to your account. The counter screen runs in the browser, so there is no till integration or scanner to buy for your game café.

A paper card gets lost and tells you nothing. A digital stamp card can't be forgotten at home, every stamp is confirmed by you, and you can see who your regulars are, when they last came in and what brings them back.

Because you remember them. Your counter screen shows who's walking in and the notes you keep on them, and a reward waiting on their next game night gives them a reason to come back to you.

Every reward is confirmed by you at the counter, so it's only ever handed over in person - and each customer can check in once a day, so a card can't be filled in one sitting.

Only your members - people who have joined your page - so reviews come from your own customers, not passers-by.

No - your handle is your page's address, so it's fixed once claimed. Pick one your customers will recognise.

Set it up privately for as long as you like. It goes public the moment you switch it on with your free trial.

Bring your regulars back

Claim your address now and set up your page this afternoon. Start for free - nothing to pay for your first 60 days.
