How it works at your flower shop

Flower regulars come in weekly or for occasions. An eight-bunch card fills in a couple of months for the weekly buyer, and a welcome stem gives the occasion buyer a reason to come back.

They scan at the till

Your QR sits by the till or the buckets. Customers scan it with their phone camera while you wrap their bunch - no app, just your page.

You tap to confirm

The check-in pops up on the phone or tablet behind the counter. One tap and the visit counts, with your note on who they buy for.

Rewards at the counter

When a reward is ready, they show it as they pay and you confirm it there, so a free bunch is only ever handed over in person.

Know your regulars by name

Every customer has a profile: their visits, their rewards and your notes, with birthdays flagged before they come round.

Four ways to use it at your flower shop

The problems every flower shop knows, and the reward that answers each one. Every one is confirmed in person, so nobody games it.

Losing the weekly bunch to the supermarket

Every eighth bunch on you. The supermarket bucket can't remember she buys peonies for her mum every Sunday; your notes can.

Flowers left at closing

Half-price last bunches every day in the hour before you close, claimable only then. Your page shows the time, so stems go home with someone.

Occasion buyers you never see again

A free stem for anyone who joins your page, claimable once. It turns a one-off birthday bouquet into a name on your list.

The dates they buy for

Customers can add their birthday, and you see it flagged before it comes round. Note the other dates they buy for, then drop a treat into the chat ahead of time.

Questions, answered

No - a card fills when a customer scans your QR in the shop and you confirm the visit. Your page can link to your delivery orders, so both are a tap away.

You see a customer's birthday flagged ahead of time and can keep notes on the other dates they buy for, then message them yourself. Qrop doesn't send reminders on its own.

It runs beside it. Qrop doesn't connect to your till: customers scan your QR, you confirm the visit on any phone or tablet, and you ring up sales the way you do now.

A QR code loyalty program replaces the paper stamp card with a code on your counter. Customers scan it with their phone camera, you confirm the visit, and it counts towards a reward on their digital loyalty card - nothing to print per customer and nothing for them to install.

Building your page, adding rewards and printing your counter flyer cost nothing. Your page goes live when you switch it on, free for your first 60 days, then a founding price that's yours for life. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

No. They scan the QR code at your counter and your page opens in their phone's browser. Joining takes an email address.

Your printed QR code and any phone, tablet or laptop signed in to your account. The counter screen runs in the browser, so there is no till integration or scanner to buy for your flower shop.

A paper card gets lost and tells you nothing. A digital stamp card can't be forgotten at home, every stamp is confirmed by you, and you can see who your regulars are, when they last came in and what brings them back.

Because you remember them. Your counter screen shows who's walking in and the notes you keep on them, and a reward waiting on their next bunch gives them a reason to come back to you.

Every reward is confirmed by you at the counter, so it's only ever handed over in person - and each customer can check in once a day, so a card can't be filled in one sitting.

Only your members - people who have joined your page - so reviews come from your own customers, not passers-by.

No - your handle is your page's address, so it's fixed once claimed. Pick one your customers will recognise.

Set it up privately for as long as you like. It goes public the moment you switch it on with your free trial.

Bring your regulars back

Claim your address now and set up your page this afternoon. Start for free - nothing to pay for your first 60 days.
