How it works at your arcade

Players come back every week or two, so a five-visit card fills in about a month - free credits that keep the next session yours, not the console's at home.

They scan at the counter

Your QR sits at the counter or by the change machine. Players scan it with their phone camera as they come in - no app, just your page.

You tap to confirm

The check-in pops up on the phone or tablet at the counter. Confirm with a tap, or switch on auto check-ins for a busy Saturday.

Credits at the counter

When a reward is ready, they show it at the counter and you load the credits there, so they're only ever handed over in person.

Four ways to use it at your arcade

The problems every arcade knows, and the reward that answers each one. Every one is confirmed in person, so nobody games it.

Empty early evenings

Half-price every day from five till seven, claimable only in those hours. Your page shows the times, so after-school and after-work players come early.

Players who come once

Ten credits to start for anyone who joins your page, claimable once. A one-off visit becomes a name on your list.

Bringing high scorers back

Twenty free credits on the fifth visit. A reward close enough to chase brings players back for the next round.

Parties and groups

A members' perk only people who've joined your page can see - an extra game for every party guest. Everyone else sees something is waiting.

Questions, answered

No. Credits and game cards stay where they are - Qrop rewards the visits, and you load any free credits by hand when a reward is claimed.

No - each player can check in once a day, so a card counts days played.

Yes. Post an announcement on your page with an alert to every member, then see how many people saw it.

A QR code loyalty program replaces the paper stamp card with a code on your counter. Players scan it with their phone camera, you confirm the visit, and it counts towards a reward on their digital loyalty card - nothing to print per customer and nothing for them to install.

Building your page, adding rewards and printing your counter flyer cost nothing. Your page goes live when you switch it on, free for your first 60 days, then a founding price that's yours for life. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

No. They scan the QR code at your counter and your page opens in their phone's browser. Joining takes an email address.

Your printed QR code and any phone, tablet or laptop signed in to your account. The counter screen runs in the browser, so there is no till integration or scanner to buy for your arcade.

A paper card gets lost and tells you nothing. A digital stamp card can't be forgotten at home, every stamp is confirmed by you, and you can see who your regulars are, when they last came in and what brings them back.

Because you remember them. Your counter screen shows who's walking in and the notes you keep on them, and a reward waiting on their next session gives them a reason to come back to you.

Every reward is confirmed by you at the counter, so it's only ever handed over in person - and each customer can check in once a day, so a card can't be filled in one sitting.

Only your members - people who have joined your page - so reviews come from your own customers, not passers-by.

No - your handle is your page's address, so it's fixed once claimed. Pick one your customers will recognise.

Set it up privately for as long as you like. It goes public the moment you switch it on with your free trial.

Bring your regulars back

Claim your address now and set up your page this afternoon. Start for free - nothing to pay for your first 60 days.
