How it works at your car wash

Most drivers wash every two to four weeks, so a five-wash card fills in a few months - a free wash that brings the car back before it needs it.

They scan from the car

Your QR sits on a sign at the entrance or the pay window. Drivers scan it with their phone camera while they wait in line - no app, just your page.

Confirmed at the bay

Check-ins land on any phone or tablet your team carries. Confirm with a tap, or switch on auto check-ins for a busy Saturday.

Rewards at the pay window

When a reward is ready, the driver shows it as they pay and you confirm it there, so a free wash is only ever handed over in person.

Four ways to use it at your car wash

The problems every car wash knows, and the reward that answers each one. Every one is confirmed in person, so nobody games it.

Drivers who use the petrol station

Every fifth wash free, on a card on their phone instead of a punch card in the glovebox. The automatic wash doesn't know their car; you do.

First-time drivers

A free interior vacuum with the first wash for anyone who joins your page, claimable once. A one-off wash becomes a name on your list.

Busy afternoons, empty mornings

20% off every day before noon, claimable only in those hours. Your page shows the times, so flexible drivers come before the rush.

Selling the valet, not just the wash

Lock a mini valet behind the tenth visit. It gives your regulars something bigger to work towards, without a discount on every wash.

Questions, answered

Yes - put your QR on a sign they can see from the car. They scan with their phone camera, and the check-in reaches whichever phone or tablet your team uses.

A card belongs to one account, and each account checks in once a day - so two cars on the same day count as one visit, unless each driver has their own account.

It runs beside it. Qrop doesn't connect to your till or wash controller: customers scan your QR, you confirm the visit on any phone or tablet, and you ring up sales the way you do now.

A QR code loyalty program replaces the paper stamp card with a code on your counter. Drivers scan it with their phone camera, you confirm the visit, and it counts towards a reward on their digital loyalty card - nothing to print per customer and nothing for them to install.

Building your page, adding rewards and printing your counter flyer cost nothing. Your page goes live when you switch it on, free for your first 60 days, then a founding price that's yours for life. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

No. They scan the QR code at your counter and your page opens in their phone's browser. Joining takes an email address.

Your printed QR code and any phone, tablet or laptop signed in to your account. The counter screen runs in the browser, so there is no till integration or scanner to buy for your car wash.

A paper card gets lost and tells you nothing. A digital stamp card can't be forgotten at home, every stamp is confirmed by you, and you can see who your regulars are, when they last came in and what brings them back.

Because you remember them. Your counter screen shows who's walking in and the notes you keep on them, and a reward waiting on their next wash gives them a reason to come back to you.

Every reward is confirmed by you at the counter, so it's only ever handed over in person - and each customer can check in once a day, so a card can't be filled in one sitting.

Only your members - people who have joined your page - so reviews come from your own customers, not passers-by.

No - your handle is your page's address, so it's fixed once claimed. Pick one your customers will recognise.

Set it up privately for as long as you like. It goes public the moment you switch it on with your free trial.

Bring your regulars back

Claim your address now and set up your page this afternoon. Start for free - nothing to pay for your first 60 days.
