How it works at your gym

Gym members train two to four times a week, so a ten-session card fills in about a month - right through the first weeks, when a new member decides whether the habit sticks.

They scan at the front desk

Your QR sits at reception or by the door. Members scan it with their phone camera on the way in - no app, just your page.

Confirmed as they walk in

Check-ins land on the phone or tablet at the desk. Confirm with a tap, or switch on auto check-ins for the early-morning rush.

Rewards at the desk

When a reward is ready, they show it at the desk and you confirm it there, so a free session is only ever handed over in person.

From first visit to regular

What Qrop does for your gym before they come in, at the front desk and after they leave.

Four ways to use it at your gym

The problems every gym knows, and the reward that answers each one. Every one is confirmed in person, so nobody games it.

New members who stop coming

A free first week for anyone who joins your page, claimable once. Then your customer list shows who's been in and who hasn't, so you can check in on them early.

Keeping the habit going

Every tenth session free. A reward that close gives members a reason to come in on the days they'd rather not.

Packed evenings, empty afternoons

Half-price off-peak every day from one till four, claimable only in those hours. It moves the flexible members out of the evening rush.

Rewarding the ones who stick at it

Lock something bigger behind the fiftieth visit - a free PT session, say. It gives committed members a goal, without a discount on every visit.

Questions, answered

Yes, with auto check-ins on: each scan is confirmed as it lands, and the counter screen lists them so you can decline any that shouldn't count. Rewards still need someone to confirm them in person.

No - each member can check in once a day, so a card counts days trained rather than sessions.

Yes. Your customer list shows when each member last came in, and you can message any of them, or drop a reward straight into the chat.

A QR code loyalty program replaces the paper stamp card with a code on your counter. Members scan it with their phone camera, you confirm the visit, and it counts towards a reward on their digital loyalty card - nothing to print per customer and nothing for them to install.

Building your page, adding rewards and printing your counter flyer cost nothing. Your page goes live when you switch it on, free for your first 60 days, then a founding price that's yours for life. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

No. They scan the QR code at your counter and your page opens in their phone's browser. Joining takes an email address.

Your printed QR code and any phone, tablet or laptop signed in to your account. The counter screen runs in the browser, so there is no till integration or scanner to buy for your gym.

A paper card gets lost and tells you nothing. A digital stamp card can't be forgotten at home, every stamp is confirmed by you, and you can see who your regulars are, when they last came in and what brings them back.

Because you remember them. Your counter screen shows who's walking in and the notes you keep on them, and a reward waiting on their next session gives them a reason to come back to you.

Every reward is confirmed by you at the counter, so it's only ever handed over in person - and each customer can check in once a day, so a card can't be filled in one sitting.

Only your members - people who have joined your page - so reviews come from your own customers, not passers-by.

No. Memberships and payments stay where they are - Qrop rewards the visits, welcomes new faces and shows who keeps showing up.

No - your handle is your page's address, so it's fixed once claimed. Pick one your customers will recognise.

Set it up privately for as long as you like. It goes public the moment you switch it on with your free trial.

Bring your members back

Claim your address now and set up your page this afternoon. Start for free - nothing to pay for your first 60 days.
