Save Unity Books and we'll tell them you'd come back for rewards.About
Founded in 1967 by Alan Preston in Wellington's Empire Building, Unity Books began with a focus on history, classics, philosophy, and politics. Over five decades later, we have grown into two sister shops on Willis Street in Wellington and High Street in Auckland, alongside our dedicated children's shop, little Unity.
We stock a wide range of New Zealand and international literature, poetry, nonfiction, and new releases across all genres. We host regular in-store book launches, author talks, and book clubs, creating spaces where readers can take their time and find what they are looking for.
