We are an independent merchant importing artisan homewares, cookware, and sustainable tableware from around the world. Since 2003, we have built a collection of functional, beautiful items for your kitchen and table, focusing on quality and respect for how things are made. Many of our pieces are crafted by hand using traditional methods, giving them a perfectly imperfect character.
Alongside our pots, glassware, and baskets, we offer a range of compostable single-use tableware. Made from birchwood and sugar cane fibre, these items break down quickly in a home compost bin, offering a reliable alternative to standard disposables for events and parties.
Everything you see is sourced directly by us, guided by founder Catherine Bell's background in food and cookery. We invite you to explore the range online or visit our Parnell store to hand-select your pieces.

You can find us at 69D St Georges Bay Road, Parnell, Auckland. We are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4.30pm.
Yes. Our wooden products decompose within 90 days in a home compost bin, and our sugar cane fibre items break down just as quickly.
We offer free shipping on New Zealand orders over $150. Otherwise, it is $7 for Metro Auckland, $10 for Outer Auckland, $15 for the rest of New Zealand, and $18 for rural addresses.
We have a 30-day return policy for unworn or unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
