FAQs
Please freshly wash your garments and make sure they are in sellable condition. Check for broken or missing hardware, clear out pockets, check inside handbags, and remove any pet hair, odours, and mud.
Drop off your packaged consignment at any of our four stores. Our team will review and price accepted pieces, which will be sold in-store and online over a six-week period. You can track their progress through your online consignor portal.
You will receive a minimum of 45% commission (excluding GST) of the selling price for all sold items. Payments are processed daily from Monday to Friday and can be requested through your user portal.
Unsold items are reduced in price by 50% when they enter their fourth week. If they remain unsold, you can collect them on or before the six-week expiration date; otherwise, they will be disposed of at our discretion.
Yes, there is a $5 processing fee for each consignment and an annual account fee of $48, which is applied to your account when you are actively consigning.
