About

At Sweat Yoga, we believe movement and mindfulness go hand in hand. Our Newmarket studio is a welcoming space where you can challenge yourself, find balance, and practice alongside our community.

We offer a range of styles including the classic 26-posture Bikram Yoga, fluid Power Vinyasa, restorative Yin, and high-intensity Hot Pilates. We heat our rooms with infrared technology to improve circulation, ease muscle stiffness, and support your body safely as you stretch and build strength.

All our classes are accessible for beginners, and our teachers encourage you to adapt the practice to suit your own body. Whether you want to stick to a favourite style or experiment with something new, we are here to support you.

FAQs

We have 8 free parking spaces above the studio at 100 Carlton Gore Road. Enter via the ramp, drive straight ahead, and follow the road right. Look for parks marked Sweat Yoga. The parking code is 1151GREEN. Please leave within 15 minutes of class ending. Metered parking and free 90-minute parking in the Domain are also available nearby.

Yes, to secure a spot, please book using the Sweat app or our website timetable. We hold your space for up to 10 minutes before class starts, after which it may be given to someone waiting.

Dress comfortably to sweat. Bring a water bottle, a towel to cover your mat, and a second towel if you plan to use our showers. We hire out mats and towels for $3 each if you forget yours.

Please leave phones, bags, and shoes outside to keep the yoga room calm and clutter-free. If you must have your phone for a special reason, tell the teacher before class and set it to silent.

The heat intensifies the cardiovascular nature of the practice, helps you stretch safely, and supports detoxification. We heat our rooms to between 32 and 38 degrees depending on the class. If you are concerned about the heat, let your teacher know so they can help set you up in a cooler spot.
