We are a family-owned craft store in Penrose, Auckland, jointly run by two generations of the Forlong family for over 15 years. Across three levels, we stock over 100,000 products covering needlecraft, embroidery, knitting, patchwork, dressmaking, and fine arts.
We are also Auckland's certified BERNINA agent, offering every machine model alongside full in-house maintenance. Our two onsite technicians service and repair all makes and models of sewing machines and overlockers, usually within one to three working days.

Yes. We are a certified BERNINA repair centre and service all makes and models of sewing machines and overlockers. Comprehensive servicing is $120, carried out on site with an estimated turnaround of 1 to 3 working days. No bookings are required.
