Save Residium and we'll tell them you'd come back for rewards.About
Residium is a hub for the building and design community, where visitors can find everything they need to build or renovate their home or workspace. Situated in the heart of Parnell’s design precinct, we occupy the entire ground floor of a 1950s wool store.
Our space spans 3,500 square metres and showcases over 70 immersive showrooms from leading architectural suppliers. We host regular events, workshops, and talks to bring the community together and foster innovation. Whether you are a first-time renovator or an experienced architect, our doors are open for you to explore materials, gain expert advice, and find inspiration.
