We are a recovery and wellness space in Parnell, bringing contrast therapy, PEMF, red light therapy, and NormaTec compression into one building. We designed our space so you can stack therapies back-to-back and do everything in a single, unhurried visit, rather than making separate appointments across town.
You can book a private contrast room with an infrared sauna and cold plunge, or head up to our rooftop for communal saunas and an ice bath overlooking the city. We also offer deep tissue and relaxation massage, functional health testing, and naturopathy consultations. Whether you need a post-training reset or just an hour where nothing is asked of you, our team will make sure you leave feeling noticeably lighter.

Yes, that is what our combination packages are for. Each therapy is its own booking, so you can place them back-to-back. We are the only place in Auckland with contrast therapy, PEMF, red light, and compression in one building.
No. PEMF, red light, and compression involve no heat or cold at all and are done fully clothed. Contrast therapy is the only one that uses the sauna and ice bath, and you set your own pace.
Parking is on site in the secure underground carpark of the Next Gen building. Just tell reception you are visiting Renew. Members with us get three hours of complimentary parking.
No. We are located inside the Next Gen building, but we are a completely separate business and you do not need a membership there to book with us.
