The first Kings store opened in 1992 as a family-owned business of passionate plant people. We wanted to deliver an all-new garden centre experience that made it easier for people to grow their love of gardening. We introduced more variety, our own easy-to-use products, and new ways to help you cultivate great gardens.
Since then, we’ve grown to seven locations across Auckland, each serving the local community. We are supported by a team loaded with local knowledge and a real love for helping you succeed. We also operate two of our own nurseries, so we know we’re providing the best quality plants, grown specifically for local conditions.

FAQs
Yes, Click & Collect is absolutely free and available from our 7 branches across Auckland. Orders placed before 12pm are usually ready the same day.
Online deliveries generally arrive within 2-3 working days. To avoid orders sitting with our courier over the weekend, we only dispatch plants between Monday and Thursday afternoon.
Standard delivery is $8 for the Auckland Region, $15 for the Auckland Outer Region, and $25 for the rest of the North Island. Small items are shipped nationwide for $5.
We have a 7-day free return policy. If your plant or product is damaged during transit, we cover the return cost and offer a replacement or full refund.
