FAQs
Skiing is open to ages 4 and above, while snowboarding requires participants to be at least 140cm tall or 7 years old. Surfing and skiing general activities are suited for participants aged 8 and older, and all guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
For skiing and snowboarding, wear thick socks and comfortable, loose pants or shorts (no singlets). For surfing on the FlowRider, women should wear a secure one-piece swimsuit or board shorts with a t-shirt, and men should wear snug board shorts. Bring your own towel.
Yes, rental equipment packages covering boots, skis, snowboards, and safety pads are available on site. You are also welcome to bring your own ski or snowboard gear.
Pick up a GravityX Game Card at reception and top it up with credits. Games activate by tapping your card at the machine, and cards can be shared across family or friends.
Outside food is not permitted, but you are welcome to bring a birthday cake when booking a party package. Our on-site restaurant and bar provides catering and dietary options.
