We are a Grey Lynn boxing club offering classes for everyone, no matter what stage of your journey you are at. Whether you have never thrown a punch or are looking to step into the ring, you will find a tight, motivated community with no egos.
Our sessions range from 45-minute Boxfit classes and circuit-based Ironworks, to fundamentals and Pad Tech. We keep our class sizes capped so you actually get coached by name, rather than just being a face in the crowd.
For those looking to compete, our Foundry Fighters program is led by experienced coaches with over 180 fights and multiple championship titles between them. Come straight off the desk and join us to build strength, learn effective techniques, and improve your fitness.
