Located at The Grand by SkyCity in Auckland, our flagship location offers a sanctuary to unwind. We have a spa menu featuring over 70 treatments, including traditional Balinese massage and advanced European skin care from Augustinus Bader and CODAGE Paris. FAQs
Valet parking is available at the SkyCity Grand Hotel entrance (90 Federal Street) for a $30 flat rate for up to 3 hours. Alternatively, park in the SkyCity main site car park for a discounted $17.50 flat rate (validate your ticket at the spa reception).
We highly recommend booking in advance. Your reservation will be secured by credit card unless you are a hotel guest or redeeming a gift voucher.
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or amend your booking. This helps avoid a full charge for the unused spa time.
Spa time is time out for you. For their health and safety, children under the age of 6 are not permitted in the treatment rooms.
